House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out Times

The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM
and ends at 10:00 AM on the final day of the stay.

2. Shortening the Stay and Payment

If the stay is shortened, payment for the unused period is non-refundable.

The local tourist tax is included in the room price.

3. No Smoking

Smoking tobacco, electronic cigarettes and other similar products
is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.

Please observe this ban for the safety and comfort of all Guests.

4. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

During this time, Guests are required to behave in a way that does not
disturb the rest of other people staying at the property or in its
immediate surroundings.

5. Liability for Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Damage includes both the destruction and the impairment of furnishings,
equipment or other parts of the property.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for damage caused by children.

6. Obligation to Report Damage

Guests are required to immediately inform the owner or the person
responsible for managing the property about any damage caused or discovered.

7. Lost Room Key

If a room key is lost, the Guest will be charged the cost of replacing
the lock.

8. Parking and Valuables

The property owner is not responsible for damage to a Guest’s vehicle
left in the car park.

The owner is also not responsible for valuables left by Guests in their rooms.

9. Use of Guest Rooms

Guest rooms are intended solely for accommodation and leisure purposes
connected with the Guests’ stay.

Organising parties in guest rooms and using the premises in a manner
that disturbs other Guests is prohibited.

10. Breach of the House Rules

If a Guest significantly disturbs the peace or well-being of neighbours,
interferes with the rest of other people or fails to follow generally
accepted standards of proper conduct, the owner reserves the right
to terminate the Guest’s stay.

In such a case, the owner is not required to refund payment for the unused
period of the stay.

11. Acceptance of the House Rules

Using the services of Dolina Białki Guest House constitutes acceptance
of these House Rules and an obligation to comply with their provisions.
